1. How does KLIK4 guarantee product quality?
KLIK4 works with leading European and global manufacturers of promotional products and corporate gifts, all with clearly defined production and quality control processes.
In addition, we perform internal quality checks upon receiving goods and before final delivery to ensure every item meets your brand standards.
2. Can I order products made exclusively in Europe?
Yes. If country of origin is important, we can offer promotional products labeled “Made in Europe”, ideal for brands that value EU sourcing and premium production.
3. Can products be delivered without labels or declarations?
Yes. Upon request, we can provide delivery without declarations, especially for textile products without additional tags.
4. What is the process for custom made products?
Ordering custom made promotional products takes a minimum of 12 weeks and includes:
- briefing our team about your brand and campaign
- selecting materials and colors
- producing samples for approval
- final production, quality control and delivery

5. Can KLIK4 source products not listed in the catalogue?
Yes. With our extensive supplier network across Croatia and Europe, we can find the right promotional item even if it is not currently displayed online.
6. Do you offer eco-certified promotional products?
Yes. KLIK4 offers a wide range of sustainable products with eco certifications, supporting responsible corporate gifting and modern sustainability goals.
7. Which services are provided in-house?
We provide:

8. Do you provide samples before ordering?
Yes. Samples are available before every order. Delivery usually takes 3–4 business days depending on stock availability.
9. Can products be ordered directly from the factory?
Yes. For larger quantities, direct factory sourcing is possible under favorable conditions.
10. How do you ensure supplier credibility?
We carefully evaluate suppliers based on quality, delivery performance and ethical working conditions. KLIK4 does not support child labor or inhumane production practices.
11. What file format is best for logo submission?
Accepted formats:
- vector: .eps, .pdf, .ai
- raster (minimum 300 dpi): .psd, .jpg, .tiff, .png
Low-resolution files or Word/PowerPoint designs are not accepted.
12. What if I don’t have a ready design?
Our design team can assist with artwork creation and print preparation.
13. How can I send my artwork?
The easiest way is via e-mail.
14. What is the standard delivery time?
Standard delivery is 2–3 weeks after order approval.
15. Can delivery be faster?
Yes. Express delivery by air freight is possible with additional costs.
16. Can orders be delivered to multiple addresses?
Yes. Multi-address delivery is available with provided quantities and exact locations.
17. What payment options are available?
Payment is possible via:
- bank transfer
- credit cards
Special terms may apply for larger orders.
18. How is VAT calculated?
VAT rules follow Croatian tax regulations. VAT exemption requires valid documentation.
19. Can I change or cancel my order after approval?
Orders usually enter production immediately, therefore changes or cancellations are generally not possible.
20. What if there is a shortage or surplus in delivery?
KLIK4 reserves the right to deliver up to 3% surplus items, which will be additionally invoiced.
21. What is the return policy?
Branded products cannot be returned. If you notice a production issue, please contact your sales manager within 10 days of delivery.
