At the beginning of January 2023, Greenseeker d.o.o. started implementing the project “Digital Transformation of Greenseeker d.o.o.”, in accordance with the Grant Agreement signed with the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development and the Croatian Agency for SMEs, Innovations and Investments (HAMAG-BICRO). The project is financed by the European Union – Next Generation EU within the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP).
The implementation of the project addresses the main issue of insufficient competitiveness and technological readiness of the company for further growth and long-term sustainability in both domestic and international markets, as well as for the continued development of its business operations. GREENSEEKER d.o.o. set the goal of increasing competitiveness and technological readiness through a greater use of digital tools and the introduction of new technologies, including the procurement and installation of new IT software, devices, and equipment with the latest technological advancements and significantly improved performance compared to what the company previously used in its business processes.
With the successful realization of the project, the company is now able to deliver larger quantities of textile products and custom-made products, and, in addition to its current services, offer higher-quality services to meet the demands of an increasingly challenging market.
The project included the following activities:
- Procurement and implementation of new digital solutions and technologies, and strengthening the digital skills of employees contributing to business digitalization and digital transformation;
- Project implementation;
- Information and visibility activities.
At the beginning of January 2025, Greenseeker d.o.o. successfully completed the implementation of the project “Digital Transformation of Greenseeker d.o.o.”, in accordance with the Grant Agreement signed with the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development and HAMAG-BICRO. The project was financed by the European Union – Next Generation EU under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP).
Through the successful implementation of the project, its purpose was achieved: solving the key problem of insufficient competitiveness and technological readiness of the beneficiary for continued growth and long-term sustainability in domestic and foreign markets, as well as for further business development. GREENSEEKER d.o.o. aimed to increase competitiveness and technological readiness through greater application of digital tools and the introduction of new technologies, namely the procurement and installation of new IT programs, devices, and equipment with the latest technological achievements and significantly better performance than those previously used in business operations.
Following the successful completion of the project, the beneficiary is now able to deliver larger quantities of textile products, produce custom-made items, and provide improved services for an increasingly demanding market.
The project consisted of the following activities:
- Procurement and implementation of new digital solutions and technologies, and strengthening the digital skills of employees contributing to digitalization and business digital transformation;
- Project implementation;
- Information and visibility activities.
